Fried Egg "Dog"

Ingredients:
1 egg
salt and pepper
1/4 tomato, chopped
1 slice cheddar cheese, cut in half
2 Tbs. mustard
Fresh cilantro
Hot Dog bun

Cook the egg like you would an over-easy egg, but when you flip to cook the other side, break the yolk and cook through.Season the egg with salt and pepper. Spread mustard on either half of the hot dog bun. Place the halved cheese slice on each side of the bun, lay the egg inside the bun, top with the chopped tomato and add fresh cilantro on top. Very quick for an easy lunch or breakfast on the go.
