Pumpkin Spice Pudding Cake


Ingredients:
1 box (3.4 oz.) Pumpkin Spice Jell-o
2 c. milk
8 graham cracker boards
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Prepare the pudding according to the directions on the box. Do not let set yet! In a large glass bread loaf pan, add one layer of graham cracker (break if you have to to match the size of the pan). Pour a third of the pudding mixture on top. Repeat two more times. Top with the chocolate chips and let set in the fridge for 30 minutes or more. Slice, and serve! I melted about 1 c. of ice cream in a bowl in the microwave, and poured around the slice of pudding cake. It instantly tasted like pudding pie with a touch of chocolate! Yum!
