Almond Cheddar Cheese Ball


Ingredients:

8 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
3/4 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese, room temperature
2 Tbs. finely chopped green onion
2 Tbs. fresh chopped Parsley
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 Tbs. ranch dressing dry mix
1/3 c. sliced almonds


Mix all of the ingredients together, minus the almonds, using a large fork. Form the cheese mixture into a ball, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until the ball is mostly firm. Roll in the slivered almonds and cover and refrigerate again for 3 more hours. Serve with fruit and crackers.
