Apple Cinnamon Caramel Spice Cake


Ingredients:

1 spice cake mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. apple juice
2 c. diced apples
1 c. caramel ice cream topping

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. water
1 1/2-2 tsp. caramel ice cream topping

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch pan with non stick cooking spray. Combine the cake mix, butter and apple cider until it forms a soft dough. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan. Spread the caramel topping over the dough. Sprinkle with the chopped apple. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool. Stir together the powdered sugar, water and caramel ice cream topping. Drizzle over the top of the cake.
