Caramel Hersheys Cookies
Ingredients:
Hershey's Caramel Kisses, tinfoil removed
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbs. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. canola oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. In an electric mixer, combine the sugars, vanilla and eggs together until creamy. Add the oil and mix until well incorporated. Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix on low until everything is combined well. Roll the dough into 1-1 1/2 inch balls and then flatten with your hand. Place a Hershey's kiss in the center, and bring the dough up around the kiss until it is completely covered. Place on the parchment lined baking sheet and repeat for the remaining dough. Make sure the kiss is completely covered or when the kiss melts the caramel will go everywhere. Bake for 7-9 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for a few minutes on the baking sheet, and then remove and place on wire racks to let cool down.
