Skinny Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. applesauce, natural
1/2 c. fat free Greek yogurt
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 eggs
2 Tbs. canola oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 square pan and line with parchment paper (you can skip the parchment paper if you aren't as worried about presentation. I find it is easier to get out of the pan and slice). In a medium size bowl, stir together the brown sugar, applesauce, yogurt, melted chocolate, eggs and oil. Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake about 30-35 minutes. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before trying to take out of the pan. Let cool fully on a wire rack.

(Makes 12 bars, 4 WW points per bar. Makes 16 bars, 3 WW points.)
