Leftover Pot Roast Pasta


Ingredients:

2 c. meat and veggies from  Crock Pot Roast recipe, minus 1/2 the leftover onions, and the potatoes
2 c. dry egg noodles, cooked according to directions
1-2 c. gravy leftover from the roast.


Chop the meat and vegetables up into smaller bite size pieces. In a large skillet (or pot used to cook the noodles), heat the meat and veggies up. Add in the noodles and the broth and cook until everything is hot. Add more or less gravy depending on your preference. Top with Parmesan cheese to give it an extra boost!
