Grilled Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

4 pieces of bread
4 slices Colby cheese (or any deli style cheese of choice)
Butter spray

Lay your pieces of bread out on a flat surface. Using a rolling pin (or non stick spray container, improvise if you need to...) flatten out the bread slices. Place the slice of cheese on top and starting from one side, roll the bread until it's seam side down. Spray the outsides with butter. On a skillet set to medium heat, place the roll-ups seam side down and let cook for about a minute. Check the bottom and when it is golden brown, rotate the grilled cheese, and keep doing so until all of the outside is a golden brown. Let them cool slightly, and cut them in half at an angle. They make the perfect soup dunkers!

(Makes 2 servings, 2 dunkers each - 4 per serving if you cut in half. 7 WW points per serving.)
