Broccoli Cheddar Stromboli

Ingredients:
1 container Pillsbury French Bread dough
1 1/2 c. chopped raw broccoli
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Non stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil. Spray the tinfoil with non stick cooking spray. Roll out the French bread dough. Spread out 1 c. of cheese on the bottom, add the broccoli, and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 c. of cheese. Bring the sides up over the broccoli and cheese and press together, then roll the ends up. The filling should be completely covered. Make three slits in the top of the bread for air to escape. Spray the top with non stick cooking spray. Bake for 26 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool to room temperature.
