Chicken Curry Cups





Ingredients:
1 (12.5oz.) can white chicken breast, drained
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. miracle whip (lite)
1/3 c. cashews, chopped
1 Tbs. Thai green curry paste
1 package Wonton wrappers
Fresh Parsley

In a medium bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Set aside. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place and arrange the wonton wrapper inside of a mini muffin tin, floured side down. Repeat for the rest of the wonton wrappers. Bake for 3-5 minutes until slightly golden brown. Spoon about 1 Tbs. of chicken mixture into the cooled wonton wrappers. Garnish with the parsley.
