Teriyaki Steak Quesadilla


Ingredients:

1 c. grilled steak, cubed
1/2 c. snap peas, sliced
1 Tbs. Teriyaki sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tortilla shells


Heat skillet on medium high heat. In a small saucepan combine the steak, snap peas, and Teriyaki sauce and cook until everything is heated through. In a large skillet on medium heat, place one of the tortillas. Spread half of the cheese out onto the tortilla. When the cheese slightly starts to melt, spread the Teriyaki mixture on top. Add the other half of the cheese, cover with the second tortilla shell, and flip over when the bottom is golden. Cook the other side until it is also golden, let cool, then slice.
