Banana Cupcakes with Chocolate Chunky Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
2 medium bananas, room temperature and mashed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, bananas, eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients slowly and mix into the wet. Stir until well combined. Spoon into mini cupcake pan with liners. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool on wire rack before icing.

Chocolate Chunky Peanut Butter Frosting:

1 stick butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbs. milk
1/4 c. cocoa powder
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter

Let butter and cream cheese set to room temperature. Beat the butter and cream cheese together until well combined. Add the cocoa powder and milk. Add the powdered sugar slowly until the consistency that you like. Stir in the peanut butter by hand. Pipe or spread the frosting on the cooled cupcakes.
