Apple Pie Cake with Honey Glaze



Ingredients:

 3 c. diced apples
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. canola oil
3 eggs

1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbs. honey
2 Tbs. milk

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the apples, vanilla and cinnamon and set aside. In a large mixer, beat the sugar, oil and eggs together until combined. Add the dry ingredients in slowly until well incorporated. Then add in the apple mixture on low speed just to mix. Grease a Bundt pan or tube pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and spread out in an even layer. Bake for 1 1/2 hours (90min). Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack for about an hour. Then transfer onto a cake plate. Combine the powdered sugar, honey and milk together and spoon over the cake. Makes 10-12 servings (+/-).
