Molasses-Soy Chicken Drumsticks


Ingredients:

1 c. apricot preserves
1 c. molasses
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tsp. Frank's original hot sauce
24 chicken drumsticks

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk together. Line your slow cooker with a plastic liner. Place the chicken inside the bag and arrange so that the 24 drumsticks fit. Pour the sauce over the top of the chicken and place the lid on top. Cook for 6-8 hours on low (or 4-6 on high). I ended up needing about 6 1/2 hours on low. When you remove them from the slow cooker, the meat should be falling off of the bone.
