Ingredients:
Rotisserie Chicken, both breasts shredded
Fresh Cilantro
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 large Tomato, chopped
2 small yellow onions, chopped
1 large Green Pepper, chopped
3 Tbs. Teriyaki Sauce
6 inch Flour Tortillas
Heat skillet to medium heat. Add the Teriyaki sauce, green pepper and yellow onions. Cook for about five minutes or until the onions are tender. Set aside to cool. To assemble: spread the onion mixture on the bottom of your tortilla, top with the chicken, cheese, tomato and cilantro. Also good with a small amount of Ranch dressing on top!
