Mini Smoked Andouille and Gouda Pizzas
Ingredients:
2 flatbreads (Stonfire is the brand I used and pictured above)
Smoked Andouille, sliced thin
Smoked Kurpianka, shredded (or any kind of Gouda-like cheese)
Green Pepper, thinly sliced with a potato peeler
Mushrooms, thinly sliced
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Rub olive oil on top, and sprinkle with garlic salt. Set the oven to broil. Meanwhile, add the Andouille, green pepper and mushrooms to the flatbreads. Top with the shredded cheese. Broil in the oven for about 3 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Slice and serve!
