Ingredients:
1 can Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
1 large apple
3 Tbs. butter, melted
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray 4 mini bundt pans with non stick cooking spray, and set aside. Peel the apple with a vegetable peeler. Cut the apple around the core, and then dice into small pieces. In a small bowl, toss the apples with the cinnamon and the sugar. Cut each of the eight biscuits into four pieces. Place around 1 tsp. of the apple mixture in the center of a biscuit piece, and bring the edges around over it. Roll into a ball with your hands and set aside. Repeat this for the other biscuit pieces. Place 8 of the biscuit balls in each bundt pan. Pour the butter into the remaining apple mixture and mix well. Spoon on top of the bundt pans, and press down slightly. Place the bundt pans on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is slightly brown, and the biscuits are fully cooked. Let cool slightly before removing them from the pans. This recipe is very good with caramel sauce or apple sauce to dip with.
