Ingredients:
1 c. from the Apple Cider Pulled Pork recipe
1 c. sharp cheddar shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped apple
1 tortilla shell.
Place half of the shredded cheese on one side of the tortilla shell. Top with the pulled pork, cut apples, and the remaining cheddar cheese. Fold the other side of the tortilla over on top. Place on your skillet heated to medium. Check the bottom of the tortilla constantly and when it turns golden brown, flip over to the other side. When the second side is also golden brown, remove from the heat and let cool slightly before slicing and serving. Since everything is already cooked, you are just trying to melt the cheese and get the quesadilla golden brown.
