Ingredients:
4-inch lollipop sticks, cut in half with an angle at the end
5 Granny Smith apples
2 bags peanut butter chips
Red sugar
Mini paper liners
Using a melon baller, cut circles out of each apple (about 10 circles), making sure that the skin still shows on the top. Place a lollipop stick in the top of each apple ball. Heat the peanut butter chips in a small saucepan until fully melted. Dip the apples into the melted peanut butter chips until the only part that shows is the skin. Place into a paper liner. Sprinkle with the red sugar immediately before the peanut butter chips harden.
