Snickers Cookies


Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. snicker miniatures, cut in half

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine the butter, peanut butter and sugars in an electric mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla, then gradually add the flour, baking soda and salt. Chill the dough for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Roll into balls (about 1 Tbs. worth) and flatten. Put half of a snicker piece in each flattened dough ball. Form the dough back into a ball around the snicker and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool on a wire rack.
