Cheesy Bacon and Egg Mug
Ingredients:
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
3 slices Hormel Canadian Style Bacon
1 Laughing Cow Wedge, Garlic and Herb
Spray a coffee mug with non stick cooking spray. Pour the egg beaters into the bottom. Microwave for 1 minute. Take a fork and fluff the egg up. On top, add the shredded Canadian bacon and the cheese wedge broken into pieces. Microwave for 1 more minute. The cheese is what seasons the eggs for me in this recipe, but if it isn't seasoned enough for you, add salt and pepper.
