Tuna Noodle Salad
Ingredients:
2 c. (uncooked) small shells pasta, cooked according to the package directions
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 celery sticks, diced
2 green onions, minced
2 (5 oz.) cans StarKist Chunk Light Tuna, rinsed and drained
2 Tbs. mustard
6 Tbs. Miracle Whip, Light
4 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, diced
3 Tbs. dill pickle relish
After cooking the pasta and letting it cool to room temperature, pour into a large bowl (if they are sticking to each other, break up slightly with your fingers). Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
If you are like me, and you aren't a huge fan of fish, then you will LOVE this recipe. There is just enough tuna, that you know it's there when you are eating it, but it isn't overwhelming. It's a great way to sneak it into your diet! (4 servings, 11 WW points)
