Carrot Peanut Butter Cookies


Ingredients:

1 pouch Betty Crocker Peanut Butter cookie mix
2 Tbs. applesauce
3/4 c. oats
2 Tbs. water
2 large carrots, grated

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Stir together all of the ingredients in a large bowl until dough forms. Scoop about 2 Tbs. onto an ungreased cookie sheet, 1-2 inches apart (they do not spread very much). Bake for 8-10 minutes, let cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet, and then let cool fully on wire racks.

(Makes 24-36 cookies, 1 WW points each.)
