Ingredients:
1 3/4 c. + 2 Tbs. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbs. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Oreo cookie crumbs (more or less)
Add the whisk attachment to an electric mixer. Combine the whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until the whipping cream forms stiff peaks when the whisk is lifted. Gently fold in the cookie crumbs with a spatula. This recipe is very easy to pipe! Just make sure you don't hold the piping bag for long periods of time when you are piping because the heat of your hands will change the consistency of the frosting. Once the frosting is piped and has a chance to set, no worries! It holds very well!
