Baby Pasties


Ingredients:

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 Tbs. flour

2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese

Brown the hamburger meat in a medium skillet. Add the dry onion soup mix and flour, and mix until everything is combined well. Set aside to cool. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In an electric mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese together. Add the flour and combine. Roll the dough in batches into 1/8 inch thick circle on a floured surface. Cut into 3" rounds using a cookie cutter. Repeat until the dough is all made into circles. Take one dough circle and put 1 tsp. of the meat mixture int he middle. Seal the edges and place on a non stick baking sheet. Repeat. Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly on wire rack before serving.  (This recipe is adapted from June, a family friend's recipe.)
