Italian Steak Tips



Ingredients:

2 cups of steak tips, or cubed steak in bite size pieces
1/2 pkg. Italian dressing mix
Prepared Italian dressing


Place the meat in a shallow dish and sprinkle the Italian dressing mix on top. Work the dressing mix into the meat with your hands. Let rest for a few minutes. Heat a skillet to medium high heat. Place the meat on the skewers and leave enough space on one end to flip them over. Lay the skewers out in a hot grill pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Let each side sit on the heat for a minute or two until the meat starts to caramelize and brown. When all four sides are browned, place a lid on top to help heat the inside of the meat (if you are looking for a nice medium rare, do not do this step). Before serving, drizzle the tops of each skewer with a small amount of Italian dressing.
