Coming from a potato addict, this recipe is one of the best that I have made so far for roasted potatoes. They are sweet and salty and perfect for a side dish at a BBQ or cookout.
Ingredients:
10 (roughly) small red potatoes, quartered
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 Tbs. chili powder
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the remaining ingredients until they are completely covered. Pour out into an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 40 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until the potatoes are fork tender.
