Italian Chicken Pizzas

Ingredients:
2 small flatbreads (I used the same kind as in my Andouille Gouda pizza)
2 c. shredded Rotisserie chicken (we special ordered one that was Italian Herb rubbed)
1/2 green pepper, shredded with potato peeler
1 c. fine shredded Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Garlic salt

Set oven at broil. Drizzle the olive oil on each flatbread and sprinkle about 1 1/2 tsp. worth of garlic salt on top. Add the shredded green pepper, chicken, and top with the Parmesan cheese. Broil for about 3-5 minutes in the oven. Drizzle with a little more of the olive oil right when it comes out of the oven. Let cool slightly before cutting.
