Melon Ice

If you want an easy dessert, that takes five minutes to make and a few hours of letting it sit in the freezer, this is the recipe for you. It only has two ingredients, and is very fresh!

Ingredients:

1 Honeydew melon, peeled and cut into cubes
1/8 c. sugar

In a food processor, pulse the honeydew and sugar and until smooth and like more of a liquid. Pour into a glass dish, and set in the freezer for about 3 hours. Take a fork and shave the ice so that it is loose and fluffy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
