Apple Cider Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
4 lb. pork butt (boneless)
2 yellow onions, sliced
1 large apple, sliced
4 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper

Place the onions and apple on the bottom of the slow cooker. Slice the meat on the top four times, but do not slice all of the way through. Place the meat on top of the onions and apples. Season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl mix the sugar and vinegar. Pour over the meat. Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours. After the four hours on high, spoon some of the juice over the meat, and turn the heat down to low. Cook for 3-4 more hours, or until the meat is fork tender and pulls apart easy.
