Ingredients:
2 flatbreads (same kind as in my Smoked Andouille and Gouda pizza)
1 c. chopped snap peas
1 c. chopped cashews
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
soy sauce
Lay both flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread the Teriyaki sauce on top. Divide the snap peas, cashews, sesame seeds and cheddar evenly on top of each flatbread. Broil in the oven for about 3-5 minutes. Serve with soy sauce to dip in.
