Cinnamon French Toast with PB Syrup

French Toast:
6 slices of Taystee bread (or any white bread)
2 eggs
1/2 c. 1% milk
2 Tbs. cinnamon

Whisk the milk, eggs and cinnamon together in a medium sized bowl. Heat a large flat skillet or griddle to medium heat and spray with non stick cooking spray. Dunk each piece of toast in the egg mixture, making sure every piece of toast has been saturated, and place onto the hot skillet. After about 2 minutes, check the side that is down to make sure it is golden brown, and flip the toast over. Do not over cook the toast; you still want it to be soft instead of chewy.

Peanut Butter Syrup:
1 c. maple syrup (I always have lite Aunt Jemima in the house)
1/4 c. melted extra chunky peanut butter
2 Tbs. honey

Mix the above ingredients together and drizzle over your french toast.
