Apple Cinnamon Pinwheels


Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated Crescent rolls
1 large apple, peeled, cored and diced (small)
2 Tbs. cinnamon
2 Tbs. sugar
Pam cooking spray
Caramel ice cream topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out your crescent dough and break into the four rectangles. In a small bowl, combine the chopped apple with the cinnamon and sugar. Spread evenly on top of the crescent dough. Take the end of each rectangle and roll upward and place seam-side down. Slice each roll into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place on an un-greased baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a side of caramel topping to dip in.
