Slow Cooker Fudgy Brownies



Ingredients:
Pam cooking spray
1/4 c. butter
2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. apple jam or jelly
1/4 c. applesauce (cinnamon)
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Spray your slow cooker with the Pam cooking spray. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from the heat and start stirring in the eggs, sugar, jam, applesauce and vanilla. When combined, stir in the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour 15 minutes. This recipe is good served warm with a scoop of ice cream, or even crumbled on top of fresh fruit! (4 Weight Watchers points plus points)
