Cinnamon Roll Waffles

You will need.....

1 container of Pillsbury (or any other brand) cinnamon rolls with frosting
1 Waffle maker

Preheat the waffle maker. Spray the top and bottom with non stick cooking spray, add a cinnamon roll to each space, close the lid and latch. Usually the timer for normal waffles is fine when the light changes color, otherwise check at around 30-45 seconds because they cook VERY quickly! Spread the frosting on top and let melt slightly before serving.

Skinny Elvis Waffles

Ingredients:

1 egg
2 egg whites
1 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. milk, 1%
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. oil
1 Tbs. vanilla
1 Tbs. cinnamon
6 Tbs. Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits

In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients together with a whisk. Stir in the bacon bits and the chopped banana. Preheat your waffle maker. Add about 1/3 c. of the batter to make each waffle. Make sure you spray the waffle maker with non stick cooking spray before using. Each batch of waffles takes less than one minute in the waffle maker, so make sure you pay close attention!

Peanut Butter Syrup:

1/2 c. melted chunky peanut butter
3/4 c. Aunt Jemima Lite Butter flavored syrup

Mix well and pour on top of waffles! Top with a sliced banana.
