Apple Camembert Egg Bake

Ingredients:
2 c. cubed wheat baguette
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 apple, peeled and cubed
1 c. Camembert cheese, cubed
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl. Place the wheat  bread, apples and Camembert in a greased pie plate. Pour the egg mixture on top and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
