Gorgonzola Phyllo Cups

Ingredients:
2 packages frozen mini phyllo tart shells
1 1/3 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 c. chopped tart apple
1/3 c. dried cranberries
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Place tart shells on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and spoon into the tart shells. Bake at 350 degrees for siz minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
