Red Pepper Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
1 small red pepper
2 slices Muenster cheese2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. onion powder

Whisk the eggs, milk, onion powder, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside. Cut the red pepper in any size pieces you want to and also set aside. Heat a saucepan on medium low heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add the eggs to the pan. Stir eggs until they are scrambled and to the point of almost being done. Add in your red pepper. Rip the muenster cheese into pieces and also add. When the cheese is melted, remove from heat and transfer to plate.
