Italian Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. caramelized onion
Half bell pepper, chopped into small pieces
8 oz. fresh mozzarella
Thin artisan pizza crust
1/4 c. three cheese pasta sauce
1/4 c. shredded Asiago
Garlic salt

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and toss into a pan with some olive oil. Heat the pan on medium heat and when the chicken is cooked on one side, add the caramelized onion and bell pepper. Stir the ingredients together. Add salt and Italian seasoning to the mix. Keep cooking and stirring on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked. Set aside to cool.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is preheating, spread the pasta sauce onto your crust. Disburse the chicken mixture on top of the sauce. Cut the mozzarella into slices, and break into small pieces with your fingers and sprinkle on top of the pizza. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown. When you pull it out of the oven, sprinkle the Asiago cheese and garlic salt on top.
