I wanted something yummy for breakfast at work in the morning, and was so bored of having cinnamon toast every morning, so last night I made a Muenster and egg sandwich! It definitely hit the spot.
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 slice of Muenster Cheese
1 Tbs. Real Bacon Bits
2 Tbs. Mustard
2 Slices of Sandwich Bread
Heat a skillet to medium heat and spray with non stick cooking spray. Crack the egg into a bowl and add to the hot skillet. When the whites start to cook and look white instead of clear, sprinkle the bacon bits into the whites. Flip the egg over and press down with your spatula to break the yolk. Top with the slice of Muenster cheese and let sit on the heat until the cheese starts to melt. To assemble the sandwich, spread the mustard on each piece of bread and top with the loaded fried egg.
