Semi-Homemade Lasagna

Ingredients:
1 box of Lasagna noodles (need 12 noodles)
1 jar of Three Cheese pasta sauce
4 Cloves of garlic, minced
1 large container of cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 bag of shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/8 c. dried Parsley
Salt and Pepper

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Cook the Lasagna noodles according to package. Drain, and set aside to cool slightly. Meanwhile, combine the cottage cheese,  minced garlic, egg, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella, Parsley, and about 1 tsp. each of salt and pepper. Set mixture aside. Spread about 1/4 c. pasta sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Place one layer of noodles (3) on top of the sauce. Spoon about 1/4 of the cottage cheese mixture on top of the noodles, top with a small amount of sauce, and another layer of noodles. Repeat this until the noodles and cottage cheese mixture are done. On top of the last layer of noodles, spread the rest of your pasta sauce. Top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven uncovered for 45 minutes or until the top of the cheese is golden brown.
