Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 Tbs. butter
1 large garlic clove, minced
Honey
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Place each chicken breast between Saran wrap. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken breast until it is 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, add the butter and chicken. After a few minutes of browning on each side, add the garlic. Place a lid on the pan and after about 3 minutes of cooking, turn the breasts over. Make sure that the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. Then, drizzle each breast with honey. Top each with the pecans. Cover again and cook for 2 more minutes.
