Mini Tomato Tartlettes


Ingredients:
1/2 pkg. Puff Pastry
1/2 c. Parmesan, shredded
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
Fresh basil
Garlic infused spray (or Pam and garlic powder)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Unroll the Puff Pastry out, and cut lengthwise on the three creases. In the other direction, make five more cuts so that you form small triangles. Grease a cookie sheet and place the Puff Pastry on the sheet. Place a tomato piece on each rectangle. Top with the Parmesan, basil, and spray with the garlic spray. Bake for 15 minutes.
