Pepper Cheddar Rice


Ingredients:
2 c. instant rice
2 c. water
1/8 c. chicken stock
McCormick Mesquite seasoning
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced green pepper

Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. When boiling, add the rice, chicken stock, green pepper and mesquite seasoning. Cover with a lid and take off of heat. Wait approximately 5 minutes, then stir. Add the cheese into the hot rice, and stir until well combined.
