S'mores Bread Pudding

I always have the problem after a weekend of camping, of having leftover hot dog buns that I don't know what to do with. By then everyone is normally sick of hot dogs, so this recipe is not only a clever use of stale or old hot dog buns, but it tastes like you are having a s'more right around the campfire.

Ingredients:
3 hot dog buns
4 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 Hershey's bar
2 1/2 boards (the whole rectangle) graham crackers

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 2-quart baking dish (I used an oval glass one). Rip the hot dog buns by hand into approximately 1 inch pieces and place in the bottom of the dish. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, condensed milk, milk, vanilla and nutmeg together. Break up the Hershey bar (yet again I used my hands) and add to the top of the bun pieces. Add 1 c. marshmallows. Pour the liquid mixture on top and let sit on the counter for about 5 minutes or until the bread is completely soaked through. Crush the graham cracker by hand and add on top. Bake for 40 minutes uncovered. Add the other cup of marshmallows and bake for another 10 minutes until they are golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
