Mini PB S'Mores Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1 box Devil's food cake mix
(eggs, oil and water amount on the back of the box)
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. peanut butter chips
Chocolate frosting (store bought or homemade)
1 c. crushed graham crackers

Mix the batter according to the directions on the back of the box. Stir in the marshmallows and the peanut butter chips. Spray the muffin tins with non stick cooking spray, focusing on the top not inside the cups. Line with paper baking cups. Spoon mixture into the tins, filling all the way full (they will not overfill while baking, do not worry). Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes. Let cool slightly before trying to remove from the pans. If some are stuck on the top because of the marshmallow, use a frosting spatula or butter knife to gently remove. Let cool fully on wire rack. Pipe a small amount of chocolate frosting on top. Sprinkle with graham crackers.
