Peanut Butter Cherry Bomb Cookies

Ingredients:
1 pouch (17.5 oz.) Better Crocker Peanut Butter cookie mix
2 tsp. water
3 Tbs. veggie oil
1 egg
1 c. Craisins
1 1/4 c. mini cherry chips (or regular sized)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the cookie mix, water, veggie oil and egg together with a spatula until well combined. Add the craisins and the cherry chips to the mix and stir until everything is incorporated. Roll the dough into 1 inch - 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart and then flatten the top slightly by pressing down with a fork in a cross pattern. Bake for 8-10 minutes, and let cool fully on a wire rack.

To finish these in a Halloween fashion:
I melted orange baking chocolate and rolled the edge of the cookies in it, then placed them on parchment paper. I sprinkled them with purple sugar, and added bone sprinkles. I let them cool in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes until the chocolate was set.
