Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
1 c. water
3 eggs
1 shot Southern Comfort
1 snack cup (1/2 c.) cinnamon applesauce snack cup
3/4 c. golden raisins
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk the spice cake mix with the water, eggs, Southern Comfort, and applesauce. Stir in the golden raisins. Line your muffin tins with paper liners. Fill each cup 3/4 of the way full. Bake in the oven for 17-19 minutes. Let cool fully on wire racks.
Make a glaze of 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/8 c. Southern Comfort, and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. When the cupcakes are fully cool, drizzle on top, or dip the cupcakes in the glaze.
