Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. leftover Thanksgiving stuffing, crumbled
8 oz. pkg whole mushrooms, cleaned
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Fill each mushroom with about 2-3 Tbs. of stuffing. Place onto a microwave plate making sure they are at least two inches apart. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted, and the mushrooms are soft.
