Ham and Cheese Won Tons



Ingredients:

25 won ton wrappers
1 1/4 c. lean ham, chopped
1/2 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
4 small green onions, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Meanwhile, combine the ham, cheese and green onions in a small bowl. Pour some water into a glass and set aside. Place a won ton wrapper down on a flat surface. Spoon a heaping teaspoon of the filling onto one corner of the won ton wrapper. Fold the edge over on top of the filling. Bring both sides in and roll like a burrito to the other side. Using your finger, spread some water at the end of the won ton, and roll the rest of the way so that the end seals. Repeat for the remaining 25 won tons. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray, and then also spray the tops of the won tons with the spray. Bake in the oven for 4 minutes. Flip the won tons over, and continue to bake them for 3 more minutes. Let cool slightly before serving. These are very yummy dipped in honey mustard! (Makes 25 won tons, 5 won tons per serving, 4 WW points per serving.)
